Our Team
Bob Kinsella - Director
Bob Kinsella has over 20 years’ cross-trade experience in landscape construction and engineering, both as a qualified engineer and part of a multi award-winning landscape construction team. In addition to supervising many domestic and commercial maintenance contract obligations over the years, from the first planning to finishing touches, Bob has led the construction of numerous high quality domestic garden and landscape design projects, and been a senior operative in the construction of an RHS Silver Medal winning designed garden at a well-known televised garden show.
Bob started Born to Lawn in late 2022 with a view to bringing his two decades of trade skills and knowledge and “down-to-earth” work ethics to his local community, providing every customer with a friendly, transparent and high quality service that not only looks fantastic, but will last and be enjoyed for many years to come.
Byron Wild – Landscape & Maintenance Operative
Byron has spent his entire working life in the landscape industry, having worked on numerous domestic and commercial landscape design-and-build construction projects, including new homes, apartment housing and nursing homes. Byron has a genuine passion for the outdoors and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in the landscaping trade. Byron brings a keen eye for horticultural detail, and prides himself on a fastidious attitude to his work. Byron’s easy-going nature and high-quality finishing make him well-liked by our customers, and the perfect addition to the team.

Through efficient planning, sourcing only sustainable materials, recycling responsibly, and re-purposing materials whenever possible, we not only aim to minimise carbon usage through a reduction of quarrying, processing and transport, but also reduce the time, waste and material costs associated with delivering our high-quality services; helping us to remain competitive and giving our customers peace of mind about our industry practices.
